So Summer was pretty bad this year, no? The troubles in the middle east, Israeli military killing innocent Lebanese citizens, Iran and Syria threatening, North Korea firing missiles and failing. On the home front, the divide between poverty and opulence grows, gas prices make it impossible for the proletariat to get to work, (only to be exploited and abused when they get there.) In my world, I've been working all summer, putting friends and all behind my desperate need for money, (to pay for my education,) I've been chased by a psycho who stopped taking his meds, I haven't found anyone worthy, anyone with substance and life to them. This summer has kind of sucked. However, being the optimistic sort, I refuse to stop seeing the bright linings of the clouds. I will press on as always and hope for a glorious winter. I like the cold.
